ABSTRACT
Facilities management is the practice of coordinating and managing a workplace with work and people working for an organization. At the current level of performance of the facilities present in the institution, it is clear that nearly half of the facilities are not managed by professionals but are outsourced to companies or firms for better outcomes, so this study has been able to analyse the various facilities provided as well as their condition. It also analyzes end user satisfaction with the functionality of the institution's facilities and makes recommendations on how facilities can be managed to user satisfaction.
