Feminism has frequently been criticized and misrepresented. Women have been accused of hating males or trying to establish a society where women are given advantages over men as they have battled for equality .However, nothing could be more false! Feminism is simply the idea that women should be granted the same rights and benefits as men, according to Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. We could put an end to prejudice in society and at work if we were all feminists. We might foster a culture of equity that closes the gender pay gap and gives women the confidence, security, and support they need. We should all be feminists for this reason: feminism only improves the world!. "I do not wish women to have power over men; but over themselves"² the movement is not that of superiority, but the one the of equality which will help women to be able to discover themselves and the strength they possess.
