ABSTRACT
Most Electronic devices of the modern day with specific functions can stay active for hours on end without being plugged into a power source of any sorts. This is due to the help of an input voltage device called the Battery. The Battery which serves as an input device responds to the changes within its field (i.e. the cell) and transforms such energy which then produces an electrical signal for processing in an electronic circuit. Furthermore, for such an Electronic device (e.g. Android phone) to function properly with the Battery, a programmed software application can be implemented to monitor the usage of the battery and the consumption of the battery by various applications in the device. This is meant to ease the operation of the system’s program, minimize the usage and percentage of the systems battery. The programmed application will be able to detect when an app consumes so much battery percentage and notify the user to prevent wastage of battery. It would also be able to execute “Power Saving Mode” whereby the device stores the battery percentage by closing background applications. This design is computerized or coded and can be modified at any given time. Basically, the system helps the user to refrain certain apps from consuming more battery power that drain it quickly and the user can take some actions on it
