This project was motivated by challenges experienced by vaccine administrators and health care workers across selected health care centers within the objects of study. These includes but not limited to the challenge of vaccine and immunization data collection, integrating and analysis affecting routine immunization performance across health centers. To plug this challenge, a web-based system was developed to dashboard vaccine and immunization records for selected primary and secondary health centers. In building the system, the object-oriented analysis and design methodology was adopted, where designs were modelled for the system architecture in terms of use case, class, and activity diagrams. These designed were further implemented as blueprint for the developed system. after rigorous system testing, it was revealed that the system is capable of integrating and managing vaccine and immunization records for health workers at local government and primary/secondary health care centers. Outputs from the system serve as insight for other health agencies to make informed decisions and optimal resource management.
