ABSTRACT
Property Management Strategies are being employed in the everyday property management activities of real estate firms, yet there hasn't been much research work carried out on it's efficiency and effectiveness, most especially in Benin City to find out how much benefits has these strategies brought to the practice, or of how much importance is it and how much value has it added to profession?
In other to make further sense to my research work, the 56 real estate firms in Benin City were selected for this study and 112 questionnaires were shared although 90 was retrieved, which were analyzed to get sufficient data to make this research work more authentic.
