ABSTRACT
This project entitled A Comparative Study of Stage and Television Productions: Problems and Prospects; Contains the differences between the stage and television productions and it portrays the challenges of each of this medium of production. In carrying out this study, our data derives from the primary sources and the secondary sources. The primary sources are interviews and discussions with professional directors and practitioners on both the stage and film/television productions respectively and academia s. The secondary sources are from textbooks internet, film and staged productions watched, which also gave insights on the challenges faced by actors in this form of productions, and also their possible advantages over each other and their prospects in the future.
