ABSTRACT

The study compared and evaluated threedynamic web scripting languages on the basis of 14 carefully chosen language selection criteria with a view to ascertain which of them is most appropriate to introduce server-side dynamic web scripting to students in tertiary institutions.It alsoillustrated a rating showing which of PHP, JSP and ASP.NET is most appropriate to introduce the teaching and learning of server-side dynamic web scripting in tertiary institutions
